Yes. Choose up to 20 services in a single booking and assign an available team member to each.
Open My Account and choose Reschedule or Cancel. Online changes are possible up to 2 hours before your appointment; after that, please call +971 2 556 7673 or WhatsApp +971509080451. Check My Account for the latest booking status; email notifications may also be sent.
Yes, walk-ins are welcome when a team member is free. Check your booking status in My Account.
You pay at the Spa after your service. Prices shown online are before 5% VAT, which is added at checkout. Tips are always optional.
Online prices are estimates. Your final price is confirmed at the Spa and can change if services are added or adjusted on the day.
